Amendment to Condition 41 to state: The wheelchair accessible studio rooms hereby permitted as detailed on approved drawings shall be completed in compliance with Building Regulations Operational Requirement M4(3)(2b) (wheelchair user dwellings) prior to first occupation and shall be retained as such thereafter. All other dwelling(s) hereby permitted shall be completed in compliance with Building Regulations Operational Requirement M4(2) (accessible and adaptable dwellings) excluding the following M4(2) sections; 2.9, 2.14, 2.16, 2.20, 2.21, 2.22, 2.24, 2.25, 2.27 and 2.29 prior to first occupation and shall be retained as such thereafter.
