Description

Non-Material Amendment to application BH2022/02830 to amend Padel Tennis area with addition of 2no lobby areas to perimeter fencing including access gates and raising levels across zone 5 by approximately 500mm with commensurate increase in top of fence level. Sand Sports area levels raised across west end of zone 7 by approximately 350mm with commensurate increase in top of fence level. Reduction of 137no multi-stem trees across scheme. Alterations to materials/finishes incorporating paths changed to asphalt, edgings changed to steel and pc concrete, racquet court changed to lawn surface, alterations to steps and seating, and reduced access to pump track and Hove Lagoon.
