Remove T8 Sycamore located at front of property. Tree has a large cavity at base and is bifurcated at 1m. Remove to ground level.Tree is in close proximity to building. An internal decay test is not warranted due to financial restraints of the client. The tree willneed to be removed in the next few years regardless of the results from the decay test. The client is happy to replant.
