Description

The tree is located (trunk) in my neighbours garden behind me- 52 Chester terrace. The tree is a Eucalyptus tree that has grown across the boundary as well as into the neighbour next door to the tree- 54 Chester Terrace. The owner of the tree is ill and tenant in 54 Chester Terrace is elderly and not able to complete this application. The tree has grown aggressively (about 1-1.5m a year depending on the weather) since we moved in in 2014. It now materially overhangs our garden, we lose the sun at about 2pm each day and causes distress in high winds. All parties have agreed to a crown reduction to bring it back in line control, estimated at 30%.
