Rear Garden - East BoundaryT1 - CedarSpecification is to follow the works description given by BHCC arb department.The client has already applied for permission for the Ceder (application No: BH2023/03104), so have left it out of this application. As for the remainder of the works, it is for the purpose of general maintenance and upkeep of the garden. None of the works would be detrimental nor affect the amenity value of the area. Beech Tree: Would be reducing the height by up to 1.5m leaving a residual height of 6.5m. Reducing sides by up to 1m, leaving a residual width of 2m on all sides.Beech Hedge: Would be reducing height by 1m to leave a residual height of 5m.Yew: Would only be reducing the side over the driveway by 0.5m, leaving a residual width of 4.5m on the eastern side.For the woodland area section, there is a selection of low-lying shrubs/vegetation with a selection of yews and holm oaks.
