Description

The rear garden of the terraced row of houses has a single large tree. We have been told it is an Acacia tree. It has grown significantly over the years and reaches out over neighbouring rear gardens. There is inevitable leaf and branch fall into neighbouring gardens and this causes annoyance and complaints from the neighbours, especially in the autumn. The rear garden has more than ample other shrubbery and this big tree keeps the garden gloomy and dark.We wish to completely fell the tree and remove it.The work would naturally be done by professional arboreal workers as felling it is a dangerous undertaking. The tree provides no amenity and cannot be seen from the public road. It is enclosed by the rear gardens of a terraced row which block it from public view.We do not believe this tree has any preservation order on it, but understand it to be in a conservation area.
