The spec would resolve this issue and maintain the tree at a suitable size for the location. Leaving a residual height of 6m and a residual width of 2.5m.G1: These trees were worked on last year and have grown back to near their original height. The client wishes to reduce the heights that bit more so time between each prune will be longer.
