Description

T1 - Eucalyptus - FellAfter the recent storms a large limb blew out of the tree. This prompted a climbed inspection of the tree. It was observed that there are significant areas of decay covering large areas of the main branch structure, affecting both large and small branches. The recent failure was as a result of one such decayed areas.I believe that the tree is suffering vascular dieback originating from historic pruning cuts, these areas are decaying and seriously compromising the strength of the scaffold limbs.Given the extent of the decay throughout the crown, the recent limb failure, and the obvious decay fungus at the base of the tree, I feel it would be prudent to remove this tree before any more large limbs are lost.
