For the reduction in height of blue cedar on North boundary line in height by a maximum of 1.5m Reason being the nature of species being shallow rooted, customer wanting to keep height under to control to avoid potential storm damage. Thinning to reduce the wind sail in the tree. Overall general upkeep to preserve a lovely tree.
