Bay tree ( Laurus nobilis ) situated at northern end of Wykeham terrace car park. It over hangs the public footpath going up to St Nicholas church and also over hangs in to the churches green space.I have been asked by the residents to reduce the height by up to eight feet and take the sides in by about four feet.
