The client is currently refurbing their garden area with plans to build an office space to the rear of the garden by items G5 & T4 so are aiming to clear the surrounding vegetation for the works. Item T3 is situated between 2 garden sheds and is starting to get too large for its location with the client growing increasingly concerned on branches/limbs falling and causing damage. The remaining items (T2 And G1) are to create a more open garden space. There are various other trees and shrubs growing up the boundary lines within the garden so the suggested works would have little impact on the amenity value of the garden and surrounding area.
