Description

Yew tree (only one tree) - reduce & re-shape Crown & sides of the tree by three meters.The tree is so large that it is overhanging the roof & walls of neighbours at 3 Fircroft Close, it is also overhanging our garage (1 Fircroft Close) - leaf drop is blocking the guttering on both properties. I am concerned of the risk the tree poses to the identified buildings, it is leaning towards the garage of 1 Fircroft Close & property at 3 Fircroft Close. Considering the recent Autumn / Winter storms we've had, I'm desperate to reduce the canopy size before Autumn to minimise the chances of it being blown over & damaging these buildings in a storm.The tree trunk /base is located two meters away from the garage wall belonging to us (1 Fircroft Close) & five meters away from the wall of 3 Fircroft Close. Neighbours at both 4 & 6 Fircroft Close have complained to me that the tree is blocking their light & would like the tree reduced in size.
