Front Car ParkT1 - Sycamore - Size 2 - Crown ReductionTo reduce property side to give 2m clearance.Front Car ParkT1 - AshNo evidence of Ash die back that our surveyor could see. Recommended works: Crown Lift to 4m.Should Ash die back occur. Removal of dead wood would not be an adequate solution as the tree would unfortunately keep dying off.ALL ITEMS INCLUDING REMOVING ARISING DEBRIS, LEAVING SITE CLEAN AND TIDY.The intended works for both trees are for standard maintenance. The 4m lift on the Ash is to give clearance around carpark and bin area. For the Sycamore the works are to reduce the northern side of the crown only. The crown is near touching the building in certain places. Those points of the crown would be reduced by the full 2m with the remaining parts to be reduced by approximately 1m.
