Description

Fell 2 lime trees at the property which have grown extremely high and are blocking light to to neighbouring properties. They are currently higher than existing properties despite being cut back on numerous occasions. Insurance companies of neighbouring properties have refused insurance due to the proximity and height of the trees. The leaves cause drain blockages in autumn and in summer aphid droppings are so significant that they are unable to use their garden or parking area. The roots have also damaged the neighbours wall causing cracks which need to be regularly repaired plus damage to the sub structure of our decking. We have asked multiple neighbours and they are all in agreement that they wish to fell the trees and have them replaced with something more suited to the urban setting. At least one neighbour (Ian Steele) has already been in contact with Paul Dave to ask about felling the trees on 9th June.
