The tree we are planning to fell is a Yew tree with a trunk with a circumference of 38cm. This tree is in the rear garden of 1 Florence Road and is growing against a the garden wall adjoining 3 Florence Road. A short distance behind the wall is their house.The tree is growing under and into another tree, a Beech. This tree is significant in size with a trunk the circumference of 3.4m. This tree also has a TPO.We have spoken to a arborist who has advised that the Yew is weakening the wall. On this basis we are planning to fell the Yew.
