Non-Material Amendment to BH2019/03590 to permit the removal of transfer beam over the front entrance under croft, update shopfronts and remove the louvres, update stallrisers formed with a black glazed brick in lieu of the Portland stone previously approved, allow increased 5th floor footprint to the north-western corner, install a second passenger lift, remove the double mullions to the front and courtyard elevations and the reconfiguration of the window proportions, allow courtyard north elevation plinth stonework to be replaced with facing brickwork to match the approved brick, and internal layout adjustments to the retail units upon the ground floor to allow for the installation of a compliant fire escape staircase to and from the basement area.
