Description

There is a healthy elm tree in this conservation area that we've been advised is around 150 years old. the neighbours are complaining that the tree is causing damage to a brick wall that backs onto their property. we've been advised by two tree surgeons it cant be felled but i am applying for this permission to see if that's cast iron correct and to have that in writing if so.
