Description

Like for Like repairs and minor alterations to the Petre Chapel and Mausoleum. Alterations to mitigate moisture deterioration, to include: Lead diverter details to the Vestry roof; Lead flashings to Hoodmoulds; Removal of concrete capping and infill to the crypt light wells with new metal railing protected ventilation details to include a green roof to the east light well and metal supported stone capping and steps to the west light well. New secure metal guards to the inside of crypt windows.
