Non Material Amendment to planning application 22/01666/FUL (Creation of flood storage area on Land North of Shonks Mill Bridge) 1. Change in configuration of low flow channel and scour protection at downstream end of control structure.2. Change in embankment crest surface type from Grasscrete to Type 1 along primary and intermediate spillways (which will match the auxiliary spillways and non-overflow sections of the crest). 3. Change in earthworks cut and fill quantities. 4. Change in secondary access track surface type from Grasscrete to Type 1. 5. Secondary access junction: change from a steel double field gate (typically 1.2m high) to a 2.5m high steel double gate. Addition of a security camera. Provide new full depth asphalt access instead of planing / resurfacing existing asphalt access.
