Non material amendment to application 22/00063/HHA (Demolition of existing conservatory to construct two storey rear extension to include x3 roof lanterns at ground floor and a two storey front extension plus roof terrace and front porch) to allow for glazed doors to rear to be reduced. Windows on West elevation to be moved. Window omitted on West elevation. Window positions on East elevation to be moved. Set back of wall on first floor rear left corner to be reduced with existing beam to be positioned further back. Parapet to be added to rear single storey extension. Roof lanterns in single storey rear extension to be omitted and replaced with flat roof skylights. Flat Lead Valleys added to roof of rear extension. Ridge heights, form and angle of pitches on rear extension lowered to reduce impact, removal of hips to the rear pitched roofs to allow for Juliet balconies. Existing height of pitched roof now shown correctly. Existing windows in East elevation now shown as being correct. Previously obscure glazed window to be amended to allow for top opening. Windows to first floor rear to be reduced and moved and slightly adjusted. Existing dormers now shown as being correct. New concrete tiles to replace roof.
