Description

T1 - Leylandii - Reduced by 50% - Tree has a secondary limb growth at 3 meters height from the ground, this is making the crown of the tree larger. T2 - Indian Bean Tree - Fell and Grind - stem of tree is hollow with cavities at base of tree on north side of stem. Cavity runs full length of stem and into crown of tree, this is at least 4 meters in length. Decaying wood is on the south side of stem, this is from the base of the tree up to 2 meters height, this is a reaction from the cavity that is affecting the stem. Tree leans east ward towards road, with the majority of the weight leaning that way. T3 - Cherry - Lift to 3m and reduce by 2m in height and 1m on lateral branches - this will help the trees overall health and stop any wind shear from affecting the crown of the tree when the neighbouring tree is removed. T4 - Maple - Pollard - pollard tree back to previous points, tree has been previously pruned heavily and will become a lapsed pollard in the future. This will make the pruning points weak with in the crown, which will lead to failure if not maintained.
