Proposals are to remove the existing signage hoarding, storage container and small amount of undergrowth adjoining the fence together with the end parking bay for the proposed "pop-up" style cafe, which will include a kitchen with serving hatch to sell hot/cold snacks/drinks to mainly HGV drivers, that will also include a small store and 2no male and female toilets. There will be an aluminium framed awning directly in front of the serving area, which will include a seating area. The area where the storage container is removed will have further external seating.
