Description

This application is for the complete removal (felling) of an Oak tree (T2). It is a semi-mature Oak tree growing to the east of the eastern flank gable wall, in approximately a central position along the length of the wall and approximately to 2m from the base to the wall.The tree has a severe lean towards the northwest. On inspection, it is believed the tree is gradually collapsing towards the house and thus presents a danger to people and property.A replacement Oak tree of between 12-17 nursery stock will be planted in a different location to the one removed. It will be planted in the rear garden of the same property. (TPO21/2010 and TPO52/1998)
