Non material amendment to application 21/00219/FUL (Demolition of existing two-storey dwelling, replacement with new two-storey dwelling with rooms in the loft (revision to 20/00199/FUL)) to amend front portico roof material to stone, with full brick parapet behind. Amend front gable to rationalise roof junction and apply new stonework surrounding bullseye window. Amend x2 rear dormers to include raised front fascias and dropped side eaves. Amend central rear dormer to include lowering of window sill, dropped side eaves, lower half of window to be fixed shut with sash to slide downwards, and new area of flat roof in front of dormer.
