Non-material amendment to allow Substitution of External Wall Brick Type 1 and External Wall Type 2 with an alternative brick product of similar appearance of Variation of Conditions application reference 23/1937 dated 03/10/2023 for Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans) to include internal alterations comprising of changes to staircase and lift, flat layouts, basement level enlargement, installation of AOV shaft, relocation of plant room and external alterations comprising of enclosing both core entrances at ground floor level, infilling void spaces at first and second floor levels to create additional internal accommodation, alteration to external amenity spaces at first and second floor levels, adjustment to angle of external wall of core A, installation of AOV opening at roof level; and Variation of Condition 13 (Wheelchair accessible requirements) to allow rewording of condition to include Ground Floor only, rewording of M4(2) to only apply to core A and removing the M4(3) element throughout; of Full Planning Permission reference 18/4301 dated 1 July, 2020, for Demolition of Gwalia working men's club and erection of a four storey building comprising 17 residential flats (3 x Studio, 4 x 1 Bed, 6 x 2 Bed and 4 x 3 Bed) with basement bicycle parking and associated amenity space (Revised Description).
