Non-material amendment to condition 2 (approved drawings) to update 'proposed site plan' to allow for sub-station works of Full Planning Permission reference 24/0839 dated 22 May, 2024, for Refurbishment and upgrade of industrial premises at 274 and 275 Abbeydale Road comprising the replacement of all existing dock and level access doors, replacement of external doors and windows, removal of the redundant stair tower to the north elevation, installation of replacement fences, railings and gates, alterations and repairs to the yards, provision of cycle parking spaces and EV active and passive charging points, replacement of the gas meter enclosure in the yard of Unit 274, replacement of all existing plant, and landscaping and associated works.
