Tree located in garden of 58 Manor Drive HA9 that is severely overhanging onto 2 Park Chase and requires pruning to enable planned building works (planning application in progress). Tree also sheds heavily onto roof of 2 Park Chase and block guttering. If need be (owner is unwilling), I will organise and fund an arborist myself. Identified tree is not found on the TPO map, but just raising application in case this has been missed.
