Site: Land At Watling Avenue Car Park, Burnt Oak Library And 41 Barnfield Road, HA8 0AYProposal: Demolition of the existing buildings and redevelopment of the Watling Avenue Car Park site including the erection of four buildings (6-13 storeys) comprising no.344 residential units (Class C3) with roof terraces and external and internal amenity space, a new public park, 85 sqm of café (Class E) floorspace, 64sqm of co-working space (Class E), provision of 45 town centre car parking spaces and 10 blue badge spaces for future residents and improved access.
