Details pursuant to condition 33 (kitchen extraction system) of Variation of Conditions reference 21/4689 dated 17 October, 2022, for Variation of condition 2 (development built in accordance with approved plans) to allow:1. Amendments to windows, type, design and location. Reduction to respond to overheating. 2. Alteration to facade design and materials including addition of projecting horizontal brick banding feature to beneath /side of windows, rock panel clad introduced 3. Structural glazed balustrades to terraces/balconies to be replaced with metal balustrade.4. Confirmation of hopper/external rain water outlet locations proposed.5. Cladding of projecting brick balcony above Community Centre entrance with panelised cladding system. Omit return `hit-and-miss' brickwork to balcony flanks.6.
