Details pursuant to condition 9B in part (noise management) of Variation of Conditions reference 22/1212 dated 3 August, 2023, for Variation of wording of condition 9 (opening hours) attached to planning permission ref. 19/3512 (which superseded planning permission ref. 17/4877) seeking revised opening hours for Boxpark.
