Non-material amendment to amend the description of the development to remove mention of the self-contained unit mix and number of rooflights of of Full Planning Permission reference 19/0190 dated 10 May, 2019, for Conversion of the single dwelling including the side addition to provide 5 self-contained flats (2 x 3 bed and 3 x 1 bed) and extensions and alterations to building including, erection of single storey and two storey rear extensions inclusive of rear dormer window, a part single storey part two storey side extension; roof alterations and extensions, insertion of 5 No. rooflights, relocation of the front entrance, boundary treatment, rear garden terrace and subdivision of the rear garden, provision of two car parking spaces, cycle storage and soft and hard landscaping.
