Non-material amendment to vary the landscaping, including the child's play area, boundary to lower ground flats to improve privacy and light, podium raised planters, podium amenity layout and ground amenity layout of Variation of Conditions reference 21/1437 dated 19 July, 2021, for Variation of condition 2, (development built in accordance with approved plans) to raise the maximum height by 800mm of Full Planning Permission reference 18/4902 dated 12 March, 2020, for Demolition of buildings and erection of a 2 to 4 storey residential building comprising 35 self-contained flats with basement level, provision for car and cycle parking and associated landscaping, subject to a Deed of Agreement dated 11th March 2020 under Section 106 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, as amended.
