Non-material amendment:Revisions to the pre-cast concrete planters to the north and south of the playable landscape features (comprising of alterations to location, shape and tree planting details).Removal of the approved play safety surface which is replaced with resin bound gravel (also an approved surface material).Revisions to the location of 2no. 5m lighting columns to the west of White Horse Square located to the west and north west of the playable landscape features.
