Description

modification to the Planning Obligation associated with planning permissions 3PL/2018/0694 and 3PL/2018/0698. Within Schedule 1 of the Section 106 Agreement relating to the above planning permissions, a definition of “Commencement” is provided. We seek approval to amend this definition for the purposes of the Section 106 Agreement only, so that the following activities are expressly excluded from triggering “commencement”: • Construction of foundations for the garages of plots 5 and 6 on Weasenham Road, and • Construction of foundations for the garage of plot 5 on Wellingham Road.
