T1) Cherry tree, this tree has more than 70% decay at the base of the stem and the crown has less than 30% leaf coverage. The remaining crown has died back. It is proposed that the tree is felled. T2) Beech tree, this tree is located less than 10m from the house and adjacent to the boundary fence.The tree is approximately 13m in height with a crown diameter of approximately. It is proposed to reduce the overall crown dimensions by approximately 30%, pruning back to relevant growth points. Both trees are located in the rear garden of Abacus House.
