TPO 2009 No.15 (G4) 2x Semi-mature Oak, suppressed by adjacent pines. Leaning with crowns growing over property borders in South west direction by approx 6-7m and hanging low into residents gardens. Some naturally occurring deadwood present. Suggested action: Crown raise to suitable points with aim to provide ground clearance of as near to 5m as possible, also crown reduce south west facing crown spread to suitable pruning points between approx. 2-4m whilst retaining good crown form. Remove deadwood over properties.
