Description

The proposed works at The Kings House involves the following principal elements of fire safety improvements which includes; upgrade of fire doors and ironmongery, installation of new compartment walls/ lobbies with fire doors to allow retention of existing historic doors, upgrades to fire alarm system to include additional detectors, additional fire safety signage, over cladding to existing non-original ceilings within the lower ground level, upgrades to external door/ escape door ironmongery.
