Description

Remove cement sand render externally. Re-render in non-hydraulic lime and chalk. Repair and replace external windows and dormers with new hardwood frames and casements. Repair and paint where possible. Replace supports to first floor with engineer approved solution of cast iron supports. Rebuild top of plinth and insert slate damp-course to existing plinth. Replace all three ground floor doors with joiner made stylistically suitable replacements. Replaster internally with non-hydraulic lime and chalk where necessary
