Description

T1 Sweetgum Liquidamber styraciflua. The specimen shows clear signs of a large area of decay running from the crown to soil level. There are also signs of inclusion callusing within the trunk Removal of single large limb (< 450mm) on southeast side of tree . The branch has clear signs of decay at it's base. The aim of the work is to a) Reduce hazard of limb cast onto neighbouring property which is a public building (Village Hall) and bus stop. b) Define trunk of the tree c) Reduce loading on the trunk T2 Birch. Betula pendula. Single specimen in a group of 6 stems that is leaning over garage of the property and impinging on boundary wall. Remove to a) Ease pressure on wall b) Remove threat to property caused by root heave, falling limbs or the tree itself c) Reduce limb cast into neighbouring public house car park
