Variation of condition no. 2 on 3PL/2023/0863/F: -Corrected existing floor plan (size/shape/scale/height) in accordance with the topographical and Void measured survey - Reconfigured internal layout (retaining a maximum 5 bedrooms as previously approved) - Retention of existing fabric, structures and support posts and roof structure where possible - Revised external materials to include more flint and brickwork to southern, eastern and western elevations - Revised external fenestration, including glazed bi-folding/sliding doors to western elevation and retention of original openings where possible - Addition of wood burning stove and flue - Addition of further rooflights to the northern and southern internal pitched roof slopes - Addition of solar PV array to internal southern roof slope - Addition of air source heat pump to southern elevation
