Variation of condition no. 2 of pp 3PL/2023/0962/F: - Corrected existing floor plan (size/scale/height) in accordance with the topographical and Void measured survey - Reconstruction of roof structure to warm roof - Reconfigured internal layout (retaining a maximum 4 bedrooms as previously approved) - Retention of existing fabric, structures where possible - Revised external roof materials - Revised external fenestration, including glazed bi-folding/sliding doors to western elevation and retention of original openings where possible - Addition of wood burning stove and flue - Reduction/reconfiguration of rooflights to the southern pitched roof slope - Addition of air source heat pump to southern elevation
