Application to discharge the planning obligation Third Schedule - Paragraph 2.5 of the S.106 Agreement dated 18/03/2014 for the planning permission 3PL/2013/0976/F - In the event the Town Council elects not to accept the transfer of the Open Space, the owner shall subsequently transfer the Open Space Land to a Management Company for a nominal consideration of £1. The details of said maintenance company and the form of transfer are to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Council prior to any transfer taking place.
