Description

Remove existing porch, erection of replacement porch, install new door to kitchen/porch, remove pamment tiles to kitchen and relay salvaged tiles on new limecrete floor, repair/replace rainwater goods with similar to existing and redecorage, remove windows to rear elevation and west gable and replace with double glazed flush casement windows, overhaul all front windows and ensure shutters to ground floor are in good working order.
