Proposed wording: Prior to the installation and connection of the foul water/surface water drainage infrastructure full details and plans will be submitted in writing and approved by the Local Planning Authority. All drainage works will then be carried out in accordance with the approved plans and completed prior to first occupation of any dwelling.
