TPO 2006-02 T7 (Oak) - Located in the N/E corner of the property near to the boundary of two neighboring properties. Showing signs of decay affecting two lower over extended limbs which head towards the garage and the neighbors rear porch. Arborists recommendation is to remove these two lower limbs to make the tree safe and avoid damage to surrounding property. T8 (Oak) - Aborist recommends 15% reduction on entire crown and removal of deadwood. The reason for this recommendation is mainly to increase light to the garden below, and reduce the amount of leaves as these block gutters, causing flooding in the garden and increasing water ingress and damage to property. T9 (Oak) - Arborist recommends carrying out the same work as on T8 for the same reasons but in addition to this there are many branches overhanging the clients and the neighboring garage.
