Swaffham town CA Sectional fell- Eucalyptus, clear and cut to near ground level. Tree previously pollarded on main stem not in line with BS3998. Causing dysfunctional growth within crown. Location next to boundary wall and cottage corner (dwelling). Structural cracks on wall. Next to public road and footpath. Long term management to fell and replace with more appropriate species within small area to minimise risk to public and structure. Marked as T1
