T1 Weeping Willow fractured branch during storm and weak decayed over weighted unions .; Pollard at previous points approx. 4.5m .; T2 Horse Chestnut large prominent tree overhanging neighbouring property and garage, previously reduced to reduce weight loading on limbs.; There is a cavity at 2.5m and decay in main stem but this is not extensive.; Reduce crown to suitable live reduction points to reduce loading on limbs especially the southern facing limb over the garage .; Carry out crown reduction to leave finished height 17m and crown radius 5.5m ,raise crown to 4.5m; Reason- to give clearance to buildings and road and prevent limb failure
