Description

The tree is a diseased Horse Chestnut Tree, which we wish to remove, to enable us to safely develop the site. complain the leaves from the tree block up their gutters and the branches growing into their property are a problem for grounds maintenance. A few years ago we were visited unexpectedly by someone from the Local Authority Tree Preservation Department who notified us that the tree was diseased. He said the tree was not in danger, but if we wanted to remove it we would be permitted, but would have to plant a similar tree in the village, which we are more than happy to do.
