Description

Variation of Conditions 2, 6, 10, 11, 14 and 16, as well as the removal of Conditions 7 and 25 on 3PL/2020/0741/VAR. Various house type and layout amendments for Phases 2b onwards, to provide 154no dwellings. Other revisions sought to include updates to the approved boundary treatment, tree protection plans and drainage as a result of the amended layout as well as the approval of the binder course surfacing level. Conditions 7 and 25 are sought to be removed, amendment to Condition 16, to remove reference to the Village Hall in the South-Western Corner, and Retirement Units which are to be omitted from the permitted scheme .
