Amend consent 3PL/2021/1617/VAR to reflect condition requirements met since the original approval; include relevant conditions/condition requirements from Reserved Matters Approval 3PL/2021/1612/VAR; and include reference to the latest drainage strategy (Flood Risk Assessment/Surface Water Drainage Strategy Addendum, Land off Elm Close, Yaxham Rev.08, Rossi Long Consulting, ref: ML/SJB/171146, 30-06-23) and drawing Foul & Surface Drainage Strategy ref: C-100 P11 16-11-21); to include notes to confirm that for the avoidance of doubt, where version of the Flood Risk Assessment include previous versions of the foul & surface water drainage strategy drawing, that these drawings are superseded and the development shall comply with foul & surface water drainage strategy drawing C-100 Rev P11,16-11-21) to ensure comprehensive and consistent decision notices
